2. User Eligibility

All PI Network users are eligible to use Plover services, subject to compliance with these Terms.

3. Accounts and Access

• PI Network login is required; no separate account creation is necessary.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PI Network credentials.

4. Payments

• Manual Approval: All payments require your manual approval via the PI Network before the start of each billing cycle.
• Access Suspension: Failure to approve payment for a new cycle will result in suspension of services until payment is made.
• Finality of Payments: Due to the irreversible nature of PI transactions, all approved payments are final.
• No Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds. Users must verify service details before making a payment.

5. Service Availability and Changes

• We may modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is provided.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in fraud, harassment, or circumventing payments is prohibited.
• Conducting transactions outside Plover's platform in connection with our services is prohibited.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for any reason.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Plover disclaims all liability for damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time, with continued use indicating acceptance of the changes.
